What is Founder's Day?
Beginning with the Founder’s Day (May 10) of 1991, Omron has implemented volunteer activities by all Omron Group employees throughout the world. Cleanup activities, visits to community institutions, blood donations, and computer training are some of the activities by which Omron expresses appreciation to the support and cooperation received from local communities. These activities are performed during work hours, thus Omron provides opportunities for employees to give of themselves while on the company’s time.
